bryan alvarez-terrazas
Bryan is the Project Manager of the Equity Action Project. He is a child of Mexican immigrants, LGBTQ+ member, and activist with a passion for increasing the power and representation of underinvested communities. Bryan believes that we, as individuals and organizations, can work together to create a more equitable and just community. You can connect with Bryan at bryan@manaus.org.
sydney schalit
Sydney, the executive director of Manaus, is an ally to underinvested communities throughout the region, and through her work in 2020, started the Equity Action Project. Her passion for lifelong learning lends itself nicely to the level of humility a white leader needs in order to authentically champion this work.
